We proactively seek candidates by unbundling the executive search process. This means we identify, contact and screen qualified potential candidates not actively looking, not identifiable through traditional advertising or Internet recruitment sites. The client or hiring manager determines the extent of our involvement in the recruitment process.
We Listen: To the client, investing time to gather information which will enable us to be credible and effective in achieving client's desired results.
We Plan: The search strategy
We Identify: Target Companies, Organizational Overviews, Individual Candidate Names
We Contact: Potential Candidates; pre screen for qualification & interest. This is known as Candidate Development. We can also contact Industry Sources and Referrals
We Prescreen: Advertisement Responses, Internal and External Referrals
We Interview: Prospective Candidates
We Evaluate: Qualifications based on previously agreed criteria and interviews
We Check: References
We Assist/Advise: During the interview process and hiring negotiations
